Attorneys

Andrew H. Schwartz has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 1993. He received his B.A., Cum Laude, from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.

Attorney Schwartz has extensive experience in many areas of law. He has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Division, focusing on Eminent Domain cases. He has also been in private practice in Brockton since 1994 and has represented a wide variety of clients. Attorney Schwartz concentrates primarily in real estate and related matters including title examinations, representations of mortgage lenders, buyers, and sellers.

Attorney Schwartz has been an active member of many community and professional organizations. He served as President of the Plymouth County Bar Association in 2004-2005. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.
